    Joe has dedicated his life to helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities for over 40 years. His dedication led him to Co-found CHOICESS, the first organization in California devoted to supporting individuals with disabilities so that they can live a full and meaningful life through Supported Living Services. tillsammans, his organization has mentored 4 other organizations to provide supported/independent living services throughout California.

    From his role as “Slick” in ABronx Tale to playing young Joe Pesci in Goodfellas, Joseph D’Onofrio is known for his extensive and accomplished acting career, landing roles in other iconic movies like Jungle Fever, Analyze That, The Deli, Wannabes, and Spider-Man to name a few. 

    Since his breakthrough acting role in A Bronx Tale, D’Onofrio has been on a roll, acting in both movies and television series in addition to writing a movie, producing a short, doing stand-up comedy, and more.

    Biography

    Joseph D'Onofrio was an accomplished actor who led an impressive career, primarily on the big screen. D'Onofrio started his acting career landing roles in such films as the drama "Jungle Fever" (1991) with Wesley Snipes, the Robert De Niro crime feature "Night and the City" (1992) and "I Love Trouble" (1994). He also appeared in "Caught" (1996) with Edward James Olmos. His passion for acting continued to his roles in projects like the comedy "The Pallbearer" (1996) with David Schwimmer, "The Deli" (1997) with Mike Starr and the comedy "Wannabes" (2002) with William DeMeo. He also appeared in the Paige Turco drama "Astoria" (2002). More recently, he tackled roles in the Will Smith blockbuster sci-fi sequel "Men in Black 3" (2012).
