  • Is Pope Francis the Final långnovell Pontiff?

There are multiple takes on the “prophecy” itself, and not all who believe it also believe a space alien is going to be revealed as “savior” bygd the Vatican, either. Over the centuries, it has been believed by Catholics of note, Cornelius a Lapide among them. So it fryst vatten not as though its fraudulent nature is self-evident.

Pope Francis, who was born Jorge Mario Bergoglio, chose his papal name in honor of St. Francis of Assisi. One theory that seeks to confirm the Irish saint's final prophecy is that Saint Francis's father's name was Pietro, or Peter.
