    Margaret Tolbert (Luna M. Tolbert), 88, who lived most of her life in Troy, AL passed away Monday, January 16, in Panama City Beach, FL, in Provincial Assisted Living Center after a brief illness. She was born in Glenwood, AL. She and her husband moved to Panama City, FL, in , to be near their son Gary.&#;&#;Margaret met her husband Robert H. (Bob) Tolbert&#;&#;in Nashville, TN during World War II and agreed to marry him on their third date. Their marriage lasted 68 years.
    She was a member of the First Methodist Church of Troy and was also active in Garden and Music clubs.
    She loved working in her yard and in home decoration. For many years Margaret read and studied books and magazines on landscaping and home decorating. Her friends knew her to excel in her two favorite hobbies.
    Her parents Claude Mack and Carmen Everage , a sister Martha Eleanor and her first born son Robert (Rip) Tolbert preceded her in death.
