    With the official release of her autobiography next week, Lauren Scruggs tweeted another picture of herself proudly showing off her incredibly realistic prosthetic arm and eye.

    The year-old fashion journalist lost her left eye and limb in a horrific propeller accident in Dallas last December and her recovery has been well documented in her online blog and Twitter page.

    She first debuted her synthetic left arm about three weeks ago, tweeting a picture of herposing with a friend after having lunch at a Memphis barbecue restaurant.

    Her latest shows her hugging another friend and thanking jewelry designer Kendra Scott for 'finding her ring'. Her left hand looks no different to her right one and her eye, though partially covered by her bangs, looks just as realistic.
